JeTT Pets Dog Bakery and Retail

I was in Jett Pets yesterday for the first time and let's just say I will be back! The woman at the counter was incredibly helpful (Brittlee I believe her name was) and not only was she very knowledgeable of the breed we own, Australian Shepherd (named Ophelia) but she was incredibly patient & kind! She took her time, helped us pick out numerous high quality items and also was very smiley! She was definitely an animal lover and it showed through her performance! I would recommend visiting the Plano location with all your pet needs as I was absolutely impressed!!! Will be returning & 10/10 on overall review! I had a mixed experience at this bakery. While the cake was lovely and the atmosphere is nice, the ice cream bar didn't agree with my dog and unfortunately caused some digestive issues. I recommend being cautious with the ice cream bar if you have a sensitive pet. Overall, the bakery has potential, but I would suggest exploring other options for pet treats.

10/10 recommend. I bought a pup cake here for my dogs and it came out looking absolutely beautiful! The pups devoured their slice of cake. The employee who helped me was so sweet and even gave me cute little treat bags and ribbon to place the dog treats I bought in. Additionally, they have a ton of cute toys, treats, and etc to meet your dogs needs. I will definitely come here again!!

What a beautiful store with hand baked treats made in house in the back. Anna was so helpful the day we were there. Definitely worth a stop next time you are in old downtown Plano!

I called everyday for a week to order a cake (with no one ever answering), only to finally go in person and placed an order. I showed up to pick up the cake on the agreed day, and they had no cakes and had no record of my order. We’ve come here periodically over the past 6 or so years (before it even changed hands/names from the barkery that was here before), and unfortunately the quality, service, and selection has gone down considerably in that time.
