I've been to Graphics 4 U twice now. The first time, the owner dropped everything to spend an hour helping me. Then he charged me a price so fair, that I ended up paying more just to make it worth his time. The second time, he promised my order back in a week, but finished it the next day. And I was extremely happy with the quality of the work. I will definitely be back.

Had Great service, quality, and turn around time. But I guess he doesn't value repeat business. The reviews are real, he doesn't know how to treat repeat business. And quoted "I can't make any money off this" ok great now you made no money. Honestly, just use uniformity instead.

Worked with them for over 18 months, spending thousands of dollars as a valued (I thought) customer of theirs until one day I had an issue when switching from embroidery to screen print on my company logo. The owner offered to reprint all the shirts next time I purchased new polos to make up for the color not matching. When my employee went to have some side embroidery done, the guy proceeded to tell him to get out and called me an a$$hole. Incredibly unprofessional. They are good as long as you have no issues ever, customer service is non-existent. Also prices are high compared to local competitors.

We have been customers here for quite some time. We have ordered shirts, pullovers, hats and jackets from them. They get it right EVERY TIME!! We are so pleased to do business with another great family owned business. Thanks for always being professional and providing such high quality products.

Graghics4u is a Dishonest, Shady, and Insulting company! Be advised not to trust anything discussed or assume prices will be the same as any previous orders. Get everything in writing and do not pay your bill without looking at it first. Once they have your payment, its to late and they will not discuss anything with you. Just insult you and ask you to get out! I purchased 6-10 shirt runs with them. My last order " of the same shirt order twice before within 2 weeks" came back MORE than DOUBLE than I had paid in past or what was agreed and new hidden charges thrown in. I had a employee stop by to pay for and pick up the last order. As soon as I saw the amount I went in to discuss with no prevail. They would not discuss or listen to reason, just yell, insult and kick us out. So much for trying to keep money local!
