My experience was excellent. The arrangement was flawless, with beautiful flowers and a very elegant presentation. The person who received it was truly impressed and absolutely loved it. You can tell a lot of care, taste, and quality goes into every detail. Definitely a florist I would highly recommend.

Edit- So not only are you bad at your career choice, but you’re also filthy liars. Those are legitimately pictures of the exact flowers you came to retrieve the next day. It is the item you sold me. So what are you talking about?! You handed me those flowers and took my money. So the lies you’re posting now show how bogus your company is. Your texts to me prove that. Do better. Also, writing this pretending to be proper and legitimate is funny, considering the texts you and your partner sent to my wife and I are much more condescending and disrespectful. I highly recommend you to stop embarrassing your company and character any further. Those pictures are your product. The 40 minutes I waited for these, are factual. Explain those brown, life fading flowers. Next time don’t be lazy. Do your job properly. Follow your own company policy. Learn how to communicate. Isn’t the point of your business to customize ribbons? You must have forgot. Remediate yourself and your bf. This was by far the worst experience of my life regarding customer service and receiving anything customized. First of all, I ordered the flowers on the 5th of December for the 11th of December. The owner charges $30 for a delivery despite the place being 20 mins away. I was going to pick them up, but there is no option for that unfortunately. It was supposed to be delivered by 2pm. They were delivered at 2:27pm. The ribbon did not have the message I asked them to type because they are lazy and ignorant. They took it upon themselves to just write happy anniversary on the ribbon. Disregarding my Bible verse. I had reservations to go out somewhere after the fact. I was late for my reservations because I had to drive to their “shop” to have it fixed. I called several times driving there but they didn’t pick up of course. My wife had to create an account on WhatsApp to reach out. The lady or her man wrote it would be ready in five minutes. Literally 20 minutes later, the guy comes out and says it wouldn’t fit on the ribbon. I told him why did no one reach out in the five/six days they had to prepare it and ask me what I wanted to do. He said I didn’t specify that I wanted that message on the ribbon. I told him the website said to put it in the special section. He then agreed and said at least he put it in the card. I told him that wasn’t what I wanted. So he said he would try to make it fit. He comes out another twenty minutes later which is now 40 minutes in total that I had to drive there and then wait. The ribbon was still botched. They didn’t write Mark 10:9. They wrote Mark 10. And the separate word was messed up in the middle. The flowers were already browning. I had left with them before noticing all that nonsense because of my need to make it to the restaurant. The owner was so rude and nasty with my wife when we brought it to her attention. Claiming she was rushed. Despite us being patient and waiting that whole time. She said it wasn’t her fault, despite having almost a week to do it. No communication at all. Then when she said she would pick it up for a refund and gave us a time. We told her 9pm because that’s when we would arrive home. She said I don’t work 24/7 with her nasty little attitude and said God bless you in a demeaning way like that would hurt us. Then she said to drop it off. We said we would contact our bank. Then she said she would pick it up the next day which I can only assume is to resell them to make her money which is dirty and low class disgusting. All this even after we had asked for a compensation for all the hassle. They rather just get them and resell them. So I’d advise anyone who reads this before shopping with them to just look elsewhere because this “shop” is run by lazy and low class individuals from their home and they can’t even understand their own policy on their own website. It’s embarrassing. Individuals like this need to be humbled. And speaking the Lords name in vain will do just that.

Edit: ✍️ just because your website asks for the occasion does not mean you get to put “happy anniversary” on the ribbon when my husband SPECIFICALLY chose a bible verse to go on the ribbon which he included in the special instructions section on your website per YOUR policy incase you forgot I posted a screenshot for you. If there was an issue putting the message why didn’t you contact him within an entire week of him placing the order? You could have shortened the verse or figured out a better solution. When a customer pays you full price you don’t give them a half ass product & not to mention the rotten roses! Literally don’t even waste your time with this shop. They had an entire week to prepare anniversary flowers for me that my husband ordered. He specifically wanted a bible verse on the ribbon. She instead took it upon herself to put happy anniversary on the ribbon instead of calling 6 days ago to ask if he wanted to shorten the bible verse. The day of our anniversary we had to drive to her house, ran late to our reservations and wasted an hour because she still didn’t fix the ribbon on the roses. Not to mention the roses were browning when we got it. Such a disappointment & unfortunately pride and money mattered more than making someone’s day special. If you’re going to charge $180 dollars for a bouquet do it right! If my husband wanted flowers that said happy anniversary he could have went to HEB to get them but unfortunately you “ specialize” in customizing ribbons but can’t do that properly. I wonder if you would post the flowers that you gave us on your social media or your website I highly doubt that because your photos online are very misleading from the product that you give out. For a small business you should really do better!

Beautiful work and top customer service. I was looking for a florist in Frisco area to send a wedding bouquet. Florist communicated me via WhatsApp. Quick response and easy communication. Delivery confirmation with pictures. We got an immediate text from a person and she loved it. They worked with me and everything was exactly what I wanted with extra thoughtful touches to the arrangement. Highly suggest this florist and definitely use again for sure. Thank you!
