Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought a hoodie as a gift and went back to return it less than 24 hours later after I noticed a big stain on the front. The item still had the tag on it. The cashier at this location was extremely rude and unprofessional—she kept saying the stain was “my fault,” which made no sense since it was clearly sold to me like that. Thankfully, a manager (or another employee) finally stepped in and processed the exchange , but that cashier’s attitude was unacceptable. I will never shop at this GAP location again.

October 2024 We visited this location often. Easy convenience from parking lot. Get in and out quick. Not a lot of traffic. Sure hope Banana Republic is nearby too.

This store discriminates against black women. I went shopping here in an unappealing outfit. But I purchased a significant amount of clothing for my daughter. I overheard lady with the red Head saying that black people go into he dressing rooms and steal. She also followed me around the store. I would not shop here ever unless you want to be harassed or have a false police report filed against you. Also the multiracial girl and Hispanic teen were very unprofessional and making fun of me as I spent a big amount of cash here. Be careful
