Matt helped me on a Monday morning. Helped me jump start my saltwater fish tank. I never had saltwater before. The place is amazing. They have a great variety of feah water and salt water species. And all the necessary accessories. The staff are super friendly and really helpful. Have got a bunch of stuff from them and the quality is always great.

I recently went here to look at a tank for my new betta and ended up getting everything from the tank to plants. The staff was incredible but in particular Meredith…she helped us design the whole thing, set up the filter and other supplies we needed, and even glued a plant to the driftwood we selected!!! Their store is so clean and doesn’t smell at all. Prices were really good and they had everything on hand without anything having to be ordered. 100% would recommend for anyone who is new to aquariums and needs a little guidance; they were awesome!!!

First time here today! Gareth was quick to help out and got us set up with some new fish for a spare tank we had. Clean, very well stocked store. Will be back!

Staff can be a little intimidating, but their hearts are in the right place as they do want to ensure that as a beginner, you understand what you're doing before purchasing any companions to bring home. Considering the bizarre drama surrounding other similar stores in the DFW area, I'd say this spot is your best bet. Good selection, no strange accusations from customers concerning theft or diseased fish. If you need help, these guys will immediately walk you through whatever you need assistance with and have zero qualms about holding your hand through the entire process.
