0 STAR – WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE This place should not even be allowed to operate as a hotel. Absolutely zero service, zero respect, zero responsibility. There was no room service, no towels, no proper staff support, and no basic hospitality. The building itself is unsafe — there is no proper lift, and to make things worse, we actually got stuck in the lift. That alone should be enough to shut this place down. Instead of helping us or apologizing, the staff showed complete disrespect. When we questioned them about the lack of service, safety issues, and overall horrible conditions, their response was to call the police and force us to leave the hotel immediately — all without a single apology or any attempt to resolve the situation. This is not hospitality — this is negligence. Guests are treated like criminals instead of paying customers. Safety is clearly not a priority, and customer service simply does not exist. I strongly warn anyone considering staying here: DO NOT. Save your money, your time, and your safety. Authorities should seriously inspect and shut down this place before someone gets seriously hurt.

One word: horrible. The only good thing about this place is the location. Hallways smell like mold, nothing works, they never have any clean towels, the breakfast is none existent, the staff (specifically the women) are very rude. Want privacy and respect?? FORGET about it! The staff will just walk in your room without permission, without knocking. Worst experience in a hotel ever. Should be free.

0 STARS – DANGEROUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNACCEPTABLE This was hands down one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. Calling this place a “hotel” is misleading and irresponsible. Basic necessities were missing — no towels, no room service, no proper staff assistance, and absolutely no concern for guests. The building itself is unsafe. The lift is faulty, which is a serious safety hazard and could have ended very badly. What makes this even worse is the staff’s behavior. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix anything, they were rude, dismissive, and hostile. When we raised legitimate concerns about safety and service, their solution was to call the police and force us out, rather than take any responsibility. This is not customer service. This is negligence and intimidation. Guests are treated with disrespect, safety is ignored, and accountability does not exist. I strongly advise anyone reading this: DO NOT STAY HERE. This place needs immediate inspection by authorities before someone gets injured or worse. Save yourself the stress, money, and risk — stay far away.

Non-functioning smoke detector in the room. One towel between two people - stained. Housekeeping left for the day and there were no other towels or wash cloths. Dripping water from the ceiling into a trash can outside our room. Breakfast selections empty at 7:30 AM. We tried to check in at 2:45 PM and were told there was an "early check in" fee. Never heard that one before! We waited the 15 minutes to avoid the fee. I would recommend looking for a different property. Corporate was notified and a case ID was created. Haven't heard anything back yet regarding restitution.

The worse comfort inn ever. Choice Hotel’s shouldn’t be like this. Their elevator was out of service for ever. Very old building. Hotel was full of locals. Breakfast was joke. Room was not clean at all. There was no smoke detector & comforter in the room. Definitely not recommended.
