CityCentral - East Plano, TX Office Space & Coworking

I love my office space! Anytime there's a concern or when I asked for an extra table for the office, etc, it's been handled in a timely manner. Kendra is extremely professional and makes this a great co-working space. I'd recommend to others and will also keep it in mind for my own personal business needs. It's always clean and inviting and my clients will enjoy the experience.

We have been working here for a long time and love it here! We are so greatfull to have Kendra and Catherine here. They always make us feel like we are at home with all the events they put on for the members. Kendra is amazing at helping us with everything we need. She creates an amazing environment for all of us and cares so much about the members. Catherine always greets us with smile when we walk in and always has an amazing attitude. They are the best!

Why do you say you're a Virtual Office and there is no one in the front desk for hours??? I've stayed almost 2 hours waiting for someone to get my Company mail AGAIN, left 2:30pm from there and no one showed there even after the lunch break. The other day I've tried to find someone that works in this place in the middle of the afternoon. Some lady was rude when we asked someone to help us to check if there was mail for my company. You call there and say: I need someone there just to get my mail and they tell you the time to show up there and they never appeared. You pay high price for a simple job that you signed an contract for the service.

City Central Plano is great! Katy is always so helpful and takes the time to make each member feel welcomed. Our team has loved the layout, building, and the community - each member in the co-work area is so nice and friendly. Overall City Central is really flexible and a great place to do business!!
