City of Plano Neighborhood Services

The City of Plano inspectors and supervisors were unprofessional, unresponsive, and disrespectful. Instead of helping, they tried to intimidate us with court threats. Even the first-floor front desk staff had a terrible attitude — rude, grouchy, and angry every time we dealt with her. The behavior across the department was hostile and unprofessional. It’s also frustrating to see the city waste tax money repaving the same roads year after year while basic customer service and accountability are ignored. We sold our property and will never do business in Plano again.

I had an excellent experience with the City of Plano’s service. I reached out to them regarding an issue with my apartment bathtub , and they resolved it in just two days after it had been delayed for 11 days by the complex’s office. Their responsiveness and efficiency were truly impressive!”

The Neighborhood Services of Plano are helpful and caring people. They understood my limitations to take care of tree limbs branches hanging low over my street (Westminster Drive) and they sent PLANO CARES to aid in correcting the problem. Thank you from the bottom of heart for your help. ♥️

The city of Plano sucks. Its property taxes are a rip off and there services are extremely bad. There sewer system is so bad you will wake up in the middle of the night with raw sewage on your floors because there mains in the middle of the street back up all the time and you get sewage from your neighbors coming in your house. Their trash service is the worse I have ever seen. And they try to charge you for everything they can think of. When you trim your trees to keep them out of power lines they try to charge you for picking up the limbs. Trust me find a different city to live in because this one sucks big time

Hi , This LaRon Conrad Brown Sandra and the both the front desk receptionist were amazing they are the true definition of neighborhood services and contributing with their careers to help our neighborhoods stay happy safe hungryless and probably much more.
