Chase Bank

my church blessed my family with a check drawn by chase bank. however, chase bank refuses to cash it, because i don't have an account with them. very disheartening considering i left them due to them enabling fraud in my account. i had to sue them to get my money back after they allowed someone to defraud my account in person twice while under investigation. all the more reason why we would never consider them for our business needs.

I always receive excellent and professional service from Austin and staff! I would highly recommend conducting all of your banking needs at this location!

Worst experience I have ever had at any bank before. I had to have my card canceled due to a fraudulent charge and was going to see if I could get a temporary card until my new one came in. Apparently Chase no longer does this. Fair enough. But that isn’t what angered me. I told them what had happened and that I had to drive back to Austin tomorrow. Their response? “Wow that sucks”. Yes, obviously, I’m only in town for a funeral. And they just stood there and stared. No offer to help or offer alternative solutions, just blank stares. Their customer support line was only marginally better, letting me know that I could withdraw money from my account temporarily and that I could get a digital card in the mean time, with the usual tone of detest at having to do their jobs. As manager in the customer service industry, if any of my employees treated our customers like your staff treated me, I would have sent them home. Don’t waste your time here.

My interaction with Natalia was less than satisfactory. I came in the o make a deposit for my job and I asked to use the bathroom and she asked if I was a customer and before I could answer she said no is just for customers. I let her know is rude to speak over someone and I was actually going to make a deposit for my empure and she should first listen. I have dealt with this same sass from her before I I didn’t appreciate it. She said she has not seen be before and I don’t know how she can remember every single person that walks in the branch but I know her and remember her. Besides her everyone else is pretty nice there.
