Took my truck in for a tune up and check up on an electrical issue, first time at this shop. Service is outstanding! Extremely friendly and helpful with questions on services and products. The shop is honestly probably the cleanest autoshop I've ever been too. Very professional. And the pricing, can't beat it! This is now my go to shop for any issues. Great team!
I just moved to Plano and was looking for somewhere to get my oil changed and tires rotated and found this place. They do a great job and their prices are better than anywhere else I have found and their customer service is above and beyond!! Highly recommend them!!! 5 stars.
Had a horrible noise with my car this morning dropped it off at 8am. Diagnosed by 9am. Car ready by 2pm. Great communication. I gave reasonable price because car repairs are always expensive but cheaper than a new car payment. I have no idea if it was a great price. Car is 10 years old and hope to keep it a while longer!
I went there for state inspection and they have returned vehicles without putting fuel tank cap. I went to shopping and instead of opening car bonnet I have opened fuel tank door and I see no cap. I went and asked them, initially they were saying not possible. I asked them that some time back I went from here and how will it disappear. After some time arguing they went and searched and they found it in their location. Still they were not ready to even apologize. Nothing will happen, max of 10 dollars cap you need to replace is the reply. Such a response shows the service they want to provide. I went to check if there is any safety issues are there and they are returning vehicles in unsafe conditions. What if they forget some parts which we can't see.
I'll start off by saying I have older cars. Some of the problems below are due to having old cars, however the conversation is never a "this thing broke while we were working on that thing because it's old". I would actually appreciate the honesty. --------------------- My wife took my car in because the back left tire had a small hole. All I needed was this tire replaced. They recommended $1.7K of additional work. OK, we did it. I drop the car off, they finish working on it, we pick it up and I get it back home. The tire pressure is off. That's the one problem I needed them to fix. I take out my pressure gauge and I see the front right tire is 35psi, back left and right at 14psi and 16psi. Everything should be 32psi. I fix them myself. The tire pressure light is still on. I call them, they say the battery on the sensor that checks the pressure died due to old age. It costs $90 dollars to replace. Fine. I drop the car off, they work on it, I pick it up. They say it's $400. Apparently they replaced all four sensors at once. So you're telling me that when you were working on my tires, it just so happens that out of the 3,600 days I've had the car you had it for the four days that a battery happened to die in the same vicinity you were working? And you needed to replace all four sensors at once because all of them had a battery problem at once or was that just an executive decision? I drive it home today. Tick tick tick tick tick. The car is now ticking. It never ticked before. This mirrors my experience with my other old car, my Hyundai Sonata. I dropped it off and they delivered it back to me with the key unable to turn in the ignition. Didn't have that problem before dropping it off. They said there was nothing they could do. If I would have known when my wife offered to bring the car in that not only would they not fix the tire pressure, but they'd also break the sensor then replace all 4 at once for $400 and cause an additional issue of making my car tick all while charging us $1.7K on top of the $400 I would have made a different decision.
