Mostly clothing but actually a bit of everything. No real order to the clothing, sizes were all mixed up, nothing was on the right size hanger, lots of one off items, but the prices were incredible. $175 Van tennis shoes for $35. Only 1 in the size we needed, but it was there. Home decorations, accessories, packaged candy and cookies. In short a bit of everything if you are willing to do some digging and don't want specific items.
I had an excellent experience at this Burlington! The store was well-organized, clean, and easy to shop in, with a great variety of clothing, shoes, and home essentials at affordable prices. Everything was easy to find, and the checkout process was smooth. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. After I finished shopping, I was assisted by Roy, who went above and beyond to make sure my visit ended on a positive note. He was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about providing great service. Roy took the time to answer my questions, helped me with my items, and made sure I left completely satisfied with my shopping experience. I’ve visited several Burlington locations, including the one in Richardson, but this store has definitely been the best experience by far. The staff here is friendlier, the store feels more organized, and the overall atmosphere is much more welcoming. It’s rare to find such attentive and dedicated employees these days, and Roy truly deserves recognition for his excellent attitude and commitment to great service. Because of his help, I’ll definitely be returning to this Burlington location and recommending it to others. Thank you, Roy, for your professionalism and for making this the best Burlington experience I’ve had!
On Christmas Eve we were going in the gentlemen came up from behind us and told us 30 minutes to closing , but you’re not allowed to go in look at the line then he told us something in Spanish after that he said it doesn’t even matter GET!!!!! So when I called Burlington from outside to ask to speak to a Manager, A female answered and they said he was the manager a big tall gentleman the redhead as a manager you don’t tell your customers to GET !!! disrespect the customers actually pay for you to keep the store going, we as the community help pay for the light bill, your checks where people not dogs Actually . There was no reason for you to tell us to Get!!!! like we were dogs. You’re very hyper and your attitude the way you treat people different from wean you’re at the register you’re whole demeanor changes different person you’re not fit to be a manager know your different personalities and that night we Went over to Ross They werestill open and still letting people in five minutes till they had long line and the security guard himself still let people in because they say they close at that time that means they close at that time and I go to Burlington two or three times a week so I know where everything is at and I go to that store a lot. I get my cleaning supplies so when I have to clean houses, but I guess I’ll be driving to Allen from here on out disrespectful to this day in front of my kid you tell us to GET!!! How do you want kids to respect you nowadays if the adult can’t give back the same energy, especially for you disrespect us in front of our children SMH,
Easy to find the things I need. Staff was okay, could had been more accommodating, security person working that day was nice.
This store is an interesting experience. It always feels like someone just announced that the world is ending and everyone has started rifling through things like there will be no tomorrow. However, the staff is always friendly and there some great deals to be had. I find if you approach it like you are going to a garage sale- and that you might find a treasure- that shopping here becomes a fun little adventure. 😅
