Big D Tires

I was trying to change one of my tire and I asked him to check the tire and one of the Mexican guy. The old guy came and take it off the tire and I saw it on the tire is only one nails. After four and five minute, the guy called me and he say he got four nails on the tire before he take the tires I was checked. It was only one and he put three nails on my tires and he try to scam me to pay him or buy a new tire. And I called to the office and then some lady came and I was explaining to her she wouldn’t listen to me and they have a terrible customer service and they are disrespectful.

Great place, been coming here for over 6 years. The new guys need to just liven up and have a better attitude with regard to customer service. They can be very stand offish at times and its not too nice. The old guys used to be really friendly and jovial. Beyond this, its an awesome business.

Went for a used tire and told me the only one they had was in okay condition but me having to come back home to Fort Worth I went ahead and got it. Pretty much I paid $50 for a used tire that had a hole on the inside of it and once I was about 10-15 mins down the road I was losing air but thought it was my rim. Today I went to local tire shop and they showed me tire had a hole in it and that’s why I was losing air. So I paid $50 for a used tire that was not good at all and now they can’t refund my money because it’s their policy. Do not come here for a tire or any services they provide.
