I absolutely love going here. Dr. Orozco is amazing. Susana and I believe her name is Aggie in the front are delightful and so helpful. Liz is a dream as well. They couldn’t be more professional and caring. Thank you for taking care of me. I know I’m in great hands.

BSW Team and everyone who is connected with them is absolutely amazing and they have made the biggest difference in our lives I still have my husband with me ,because of the Douglas clinic and the whole BSW team ., They genuinely care

The worse place to go EVER! If you’re a normal person that doesn’t abuse medication….DO NOT GO HERE! They are not by any means a “primary care” place! So far everything I’ve asked for (for preventive care) I’ve been told “you get Medicare In 10 months”! You ask for a refill that you’ve been on 30 years literally and that want to pop a UA like they are probation office! Absolutely NO PRIMARY DOCTOR IS GOING TO DO POP UA’S AND ASK YOU TO BRING YOUR PILLS IN DO THEY CAN COUNT THEM! Humiliation at its worse and I can sue for malpractice if I choose! That’s exactly how bad they are! Good luck to any of you that go there.

I always enjoy going to the clinic. From the front desk and throughout the visit everyone is so nice. Dr. Victoria is awesome and I am glad she is my physician

Can’t say enough about Dr Leigh Nguyen and her staff. From the time you get there, the front office staff is attentive and always greets you. Dr Nguyen is professional and listens to your concerns and addresses each one. You don’t feel like you’re just next in line. Open communication and prompt responses. I’m so glad I was referred to this office after my wonderful stay at Baylor Plano. I can’t say enough good things for this office and it’s staff. I’m English speaking. But I noticed the front office speaks fluent Spanish as does the medical staff, if that’s important for you as well.
