At Home

I bought a sofa from At Home, and when it arrived, there was a big hole on the sofa. I called the store and they said they could not switch it for me, and once the sofa leaves their store, it is “out of their control”. If I want to switch it, I have to bring the safa back by myself. WOW, so they sold me a broken sofa and now it is out of their control. Now I have to go through customer service all by myself, waste my time dealing with it, and the store doesn’t take any responsibility. What a great store

Just today my mom and I shopped the At Home in Mansfield. We bought this beautiful ceramic fish, but when we got home I broke it…My mom had absolutely loved the fish and I felt so guilty that I ordered same day delivery online. I explained that I broke the first one in the delivery instructions and a very kind worker wrote the following on my package after quadruple wrapping it up! My mom is very happy to have her fish again! Amazing service!! Made my day after being so clumsy :) Thank you so very much to this At Home Worker!

The staff was very nice at The Northwest Highway location. I was visiting the store because it's not a location local to me. The only thing that I didn't like was how the rugs were sized on the displays. It should be by 24×36 & 2x3 ft for example. I saw a couple of things that I liked. I have to make sure it's the right size before purchasing.
