I went in to return an online order. I was told I was past the return window and was not even allowed store credit. I understand that but the issue was the attitude of the manager on duty. The employees are great here. The manager had dark hair tied in pony tail. Her attitude was haughty and snobby. Girl- please check yourself. You work at a retail store getting paid bottom dollars. I called Artizia customer service and store credit no problem!! Don’t do online returns here.

Completely draconian return policy (you can read about it online - lots of comments for years. Wish we had known beforehand. That's on us). However, the review is for this particular store, and not the company return policy. Manager happened to be the one processing the return and when she saw the items being returned she looked at a coworker and legitimately did an eye roll. I honestly thought it was sort of humorous since I was just on a honey-do-list to return some things. I'm probably never going to see them again so no sweat off my back. Problem was the rest of the interaction was exactly the same - haughty, arrogant, snobby attitude. She went through her spiel regarding the company return policy of store credit only for items bought on sale (Black Friday coupon code). Only after I said I was not happy with that did she say that I could call Customer Service on the phone to obtain a return authorization for a refund back to the original form of payment. Wait, so I'm in the store right here with you in person but I have to call your customer service number and talk to someone else so they can let you process my return? I guess that's a pretty cool way to decrease returns - just make it so painful and inefficient people just give up. I honestly can't blame the staff for adhering to the company policy (seem like they don't proactively offer the cash-return policy upfront and only until the customer says they are not happy do they say to call customer service) but the behavior in which it was performed was off-putting and not costumer-centric at all. Other cashiers chimed in to commiserate (it's called empathy and goes a long way) and say the feedback on the return policy has been given to corporate and they hoped it would change but the manager's attitude was standoffish and not willing to engage on a personal level. It's a shame really. The store is beautiful but the customer experience was not pleasant and even more unusual because the manager was the issue.

I had a great experience shopping at this store! Everything was so neat and well-organized which made browsing such a pleasure. The stylists were incredibly kind and helpful without being pushy. They genuinely seemed interested in helping me find what suited me best. The clothes are great quality too..stylish, well-made. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We normally shop at the Northpark location and everyone has been helpful and nice. The Plano location is a different story. Extremely rude customer service every time we go. Today we were waiting in line with 5 cashiers working. We were the very last people in line. As soon as it was our turn every cashier left but one who was still helping someone. We stood there for well over 5 minutes just waiting. When there are customers waiting every cashier should not just walk off. They did not walk off to do other jobs. They were all talking. I would have put everything back but my daughter really needed the close and we didn’t have time to go elsewhere.

I’m a loyal Aritzia customer and have spent a lot of money here over the years, but this location was a major disappointment. I purchased a coat online and came in to exchange it for a smaller size. I had my newborn twins with me, and while I was trying on the size small, we were followed and closely watched the entire time. The staff repeatedly offered to take the Aritzia bag I brought the coat in, saying they didn’t want us to “carry all that around.” I declined multiple times, but they kept insisting to the point where I finally let them take the empty bag just so they would stop. The bag was completely empty, yet the behavior made me feel like they assumed we were trying to steal something. I don’t casually jump to calling something discrimination, but this felt blatant. Please don’t judge customers based on the color of their skin or the way they’re dressed. I may not have been dressed up, but I still bought a $400 coat and am more than capable of purchasing anything in the store, there was never any reason to treat me with suspicion. If you’re anything other than white, a mom with a stroller, or simply not dressed to impress, be aware that you may not feel welcome here. Unfortunately, that was made very clear during my visit.
