Aloft Plano

From check-in to check-out, my experience here was excellent. Sarah at the front desk immediately set the tone with her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. She made my stay feel personal. As a Black man who travels frequently for business, I truly appreciated how respectful and inclusive the service was. Every staff member was courteous, and the environment felt comfortable and safe. The property was clean, quiet, and well-managed — but it was Sarah’s genuine hospitality that made this stay exceptional. She represents the hotel beautifully. I’ll definitely be returning.

I had a great experience at the Aloft Plano on Oct 23, 2025. The service at the front desk was great - fast and friendly. The bed and pillows were comfy and the room was perfectly cold at night...just how I like it. I loved the convenience of drinks and snacks in the lobby, too. What took my opinion to the next level was the support I received upon leaving my reading tablet in the room after check out. Sarah and team were quick to confirm that they did find my tablet and helped me with next steps to allow them to ship it to me. They rushed the item to the mail store the same day to ensure it would arrive as quickly as possible provided continuous updates about the status along the way. They really went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful!

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at for work. The rooms are big and comfy. Hotel is quiet, staff is friendly! The guy who checked me in on Monday afternoon was FANTASTIC. Best of all, I was in a massive hurry yesterday to get to a meeting and just dumped my entire makeup bag and skincare bag on the counter. When I got back to my room that night, my makeup and skincare had been nicely laid out and set out upright. It was so sweet i legitimately teared up. It made a hard day end on a positive note. The only complaint i have is it’s not walkable to the nearby conference center. It’s hypothetically walkable distance-wise, but there are no sidewalks and it’s poorly lit. There are also not a ton of restaurants within safe walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everyone on their staff is excellent except Sarah. Her Lack of professionalism and smug attitude drops a 5 star service team, down to 3 stars. I am a Bonvoy Rewards member, and when i call for a "late check out", it's no problem with anyone except her. I'm old school, when i call the staff for something, don't tell me what you can't do, tell me what you can do for me. Because of the quality of the room, and service from everyone but Sarah, we stay at the hotel almost every weekend. So a good front desk worker, like the older black gentleman recognizes us and goes out of his way to make sure everything is right when we check in...Sarah telling me house keeping told her no on giving late checkouts to guests means nothing to me. She could have given me 15 mins, and i would have been satisfied. Your customers who stay with you are just as important or more important then housekeeping.............tell them no next time and not your rewards members. When we left housekeeping was all the way at the end of the hall and no where close to cleaning our room which makes me question if they really told her that or did she make it up because she has something against us. Although it's 2025, a black man with a white lady is still an issue with some people. If you treat me different for whatever reason, you will always hear it from me, and especially in the hospitality industry. I am going to let the GM and corporate know what happened.

This hotel is new. The staff is great. They don’t do any cash anywhere. Everything is charged to your room but on Friday and Saturday night it’s cheap for there on the the daytime charge. They’re 249 during the week they’re $61 on Friday night, they have a lot of snacks not in vending machines but fresh snacks that you can purchase. The rooms are adequately sized with large showers and they all come with fridges I believe there’s microwaves and some, but they all have a safe. They’re very modern with pull down shades and elevated sinks in the bathroom. The king size bed had lots of pillows and was very comfortable. I don’t think I rolled over all night.
